• Style Consultation and Shop (2 hours) - Free
If you're looking for some tips on making this season's styles work and where to get them, this free service is a great place to start. It's not just for the girlies either - more and more men are trying it for size as well.
The package includes:
• A 2-hour consultation with our Personal Shopper. This includes a discussion about your best styles, colours and your shopping habits before heading to the shops.
• An additional 2-hour shopping trip - booked at your convenience for a later date.
• Accompanied Gift Shopping (1 hour) - FREE
This is a free, 1-hour service that makes present buying so easy. Just call our Personal Shopper and when you arrive at the centre, she'll take you straight to the right stores and show you some options. Free gift wrapping included.
• Perfect Prom (2 hours) - FREE
Your Prom Night is an extra special occasion. So our Personal Shopper will work with you to find an outfit with a real 'wow factor'. This service is completely free for clients aged 16 and over, but they must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
• Wardrobe Clinic (1 day) - £190
Our Personal Shopper will get together with you at home and give your wardrobe a no-holds barred health check. Discover which colours and shapes suit you best and how the right accessories can transform any outfit. Learn how to mix & match your own wardrobe to create a new look. A must-have consultation for anyone who wants to refresh or totally revamp their style!
• Shopping Spree (1 day) - £190
What a perfect day. It starts in Lakeside's luxurious shopper lounge with coffee and a consultation about the look you want to achieve and how you can look fabulous at any age. After a delicious lunch, you and our Personal Shopper hit the shops to put your brand new personal style plan into action.
• Best of Both Worlds (2 days) - £330
This 2-day course combines the Wardrobe Clinic and Guided Shopping Spree to take retail therapy to a whole new level. Rest assured, the fashion police will never darken you wardrobe door again.
• A Look for All Seasons (2 days) - £330
Make your personal style change effortlessly with the seasons. This 2-day package includes shopping sprees for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter.
• Gift packages
Our Personal Shopping experiences make the perfect present. And if you're feeling especially generous, you can add a Lakeside gift card which is redeemable at most of the stores in Lakeside.
Top tips
It's a good idea to arrive for your Lakeside Personal Shopping experience wearing comfortable clothes and shoes - you'll be changing outfits and covering lots of ground. You should also try to book at least a week in advance as our Personal Shopper can get booked up. We need 24 hours' notice for cancellations and all package fees must be paid in advance. Also, you need to be aged 16 or over to use any of our Personal Shopping services.
